Department Description
Highway Department Snow removal, road maintenance, brush and bag pickup, compost facility, sewer repair, water repair, drainage, catch basin cleaning and repair, street sweeping, traffic control.
Public Works The Department of Public Works consists of several sub-departments; Building Inspection, Code Enforcement, Planning & Zoning, Parks, Buildings & Grounds, Water Services, Wastewater & Sewer Treatment Plant Operations, & Landfill Operations.
Receiver of Taxes Taxes are collected twice a year in the Town of Rotterdam. The town and county tax is mailed out the first week in January, and the school tax is sent the first week in September.
