  • Rotterdam Water Conservation and Lawn Irrigation - Reminder to residents that water restrictions are in effect in all water districts in Rotterdam, from May 1 through October 15, lawn sprinkling, garden sprinkling and other use of public water shall be restricted to the following days and times: Automatic lawn sprinkler systems and manually placed lawn sprinklers or handheld; (By Property Address) EVEN-numbered calendar days from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM ODD-numbered calendar days from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Sprinkling outside of the designated days and hours is strictly prohibited.

What is a Comprehensive Plan?

A Comprehensive Plan is both a vision for the future and a blueprint for how to get there.  The Comprehensive Plan will create a framework for the future for a range of topic areas including but not limited to land use, economic development, infrastructure, and housing.

Community Participation

Community participation for this effort included a variety of outreach and engagement activities designed to inform the public and gather input to guide the update. The following community participation activities are included in this effort:
